Virtual Bootcamp
A 12 week virtual bootcamp that anyone can do at home. This is to promote general overall fitness, as a starting point you will need to be generally mobile and free from injury or illness that limits physical activity.
There will be 2 live streamed workouts per week, as well as 2 additional workouts you will be set as "homework". General nutritional advice will also be provided.
You can pay for the whole 12 week period for £49
